These are our currently planned and anticipated breedings for the upcoming year. All timelines are estimates and subject to the health, condition, and readiness of our dogs. We prioritize thoughtful planning over fixed schedules and will update this page as plans are confirmed.

Stella - Expected go home date Late November 2026
Our Stella <CH LakeHaus' I'm a Classy Girl CGCA CGCU> will be bred to Derek <BISOH GCH CH LakeHaus' Really, Really Ridiculously Good-Looking OHB RN CGCA CGCU TKN VHMA NA-I>. This carefully planned linebreeding brings together two dogs that exemplify the qualities we strive to preserve in our breeding program. Both possess outgoing, stable temperaments, balanced structure, and the versatility to succeed in a variety of venues while remaining wonderful companions at home.
This breeding builds upon generations of thoughtfully selected LakeHaus dogs that have consistently produced sound structure, excellent temperaments, and natural working ability. By combining these two, we hope to reinforce those qualities while maintaining the athleticism, trainability, and breed type that define our program.
We expect this litter to produce well-balanced German Shorthaired Pointers with exceptional temperaments, strong work ethic, natural bird instinct, and the versatility to excel in the show ring, hunting field, performance sports, and active companion homes. These puppies should be confident, biddable, and capable of adapting to a wide variety of lifestyles and goals.
Stella is expected to whelp in September 2026.

Maris - Expected go home date Late June 2027 (Pushed back due to flight embargo)
Our Maris <CH LakeHaus' I've Got This Feelin' RA JH GCGA CGCU TKI VHMA NA-I GDT-II> will be bred to Parker < GCH CH LakeHaus and Mapleview's Urban Parkour> this summer. Parker is from our 2021 Franklin × Harper pairing and lives in Texas with his owner. He’s a big, impressive dog with a wonderful temperament — the kind that is just as happy working as he is relaxing at home. Parker loves to work, loves to play, and is an absolute stunner in person.
This breeding is a line-breeding on dogs that have consistently produced the kind of structure, temperament, and versatility we value in our program, and we’re excited to use Parker to help reinforce that type moving forward.
This litter should produce very “typey” German Shorthaired Pointers with strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and biddability. We expect puppies that are well suited for Show, Hunting, Performance, and active Companion homes — dogs that can truly do a little bit of everything.
Maris is expected to come into season mid to late January, and we’ll be making the trip to Texas for the breeding.
