Application and Contracts

Holding fee & reservation
-
$2,500 Purchase Price
-
$500 Holding Fee
- A $500 non-refundable holding fee is required and is applied toward the final purchase price.
Waitlist Structure
After a breeding is planned, we open a waitlist consisting of two groups:
-
Reserved Spots (6–8): Approved families who have submitted a holding fee and signed contract. These homes receive first priority for placement.
-
Interested Party Spots (4–6): Approved families awaiting confirmed puppy numbers. A holding fee may be submitted once the litter is confirmed to move into a reserved position.
Our application process helps us understand your goals, lifestyle, and experience so each puppy can be thoughtfully matched to the right home. Approved applicants are offered either a reserved or interested position on an upcoming litter. Holding fees are non-refundable but may be transferred or returned at the breeder’s discretion if a suitable puppy is not available.
